At Starpil Wax, we want to ensure you have the best professional waxing experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products to ensure the highest hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact and including a copy of your RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Starpil

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location to be sent back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items to verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
